Walk-in
coolers/cold storage and freezers are assembled
using prefabricated modular panels. cold storage
panels consist of metal clad expanded polystyrene or urethane (polyisocyanurate)
insulation. They are designed for fast and easy field assembly with
convenient disassembly for relocation or enlargement.
Cold storage panels are available in 4" and 6" thickness. Full width panels are 47" wide, with narrower panels in various widths as required. Enclosure prices are based on 11 3/4" increments, but actual dimensions can be any size to accommodate customer requirements. One piece panels are available in lengths up to 32 feet. |

Cold Rooms : Satec Envir are the manufacturers of complete range of Cold storage Room and Refrigeration unit for the small and medium cold rooms comprising of Machine made prefabricated PUF insulated Panels of different thickness from 60mm to150mm. thk PUF insulation and are covered with precoated G.I sheet /S.S sheet on both side or a combination of both. The Walk-In-Coolers are ready to assemble with the help of Cam locking arrangement provided inside the PUF panels and no need of any angle iron structure is required. Cold storage control panel is fully automatic and provided with all necessary controls for precise operation of the equipment. All models are fitted with remote electronic control panel which is adjustable to suit most requirements. |
