The panels for shelters are produced using cold rolled pre-coated , aluminum or galvanized steel sheets. Thermal insulation is achieved by injecting CFC free polyurethane foam under high pressure using state of the art machines and processes. The modular design and inherent strength achieved by this process for making panels accompanied with extra reinforcement in the floor panels makes it possible to manufacture and install practically any size of telecom shelter, at any available ground based or roof top site with a minimum of civil work.
